Reviewers and critics CRITICIZE. They are incentivized to do so and looked at as stupid, gullible, soft or uncultured if they don’t. Therefore they are always too critical as that is how they are rewarded. They do not represent the average person’s opinion or tastes which is why they will never be accurate nor valuable. They also suffer from an acute state of subconsciously feeling blasé from being overly inundated by which they are judging. That which we consume for enjoyment they experience as work. That is my critique of critics😏
