This was from this past Saturday night 9/17/16 at a fundraiser to help finish the full feature documentary film A Gift for Life by Josh Merwin. The film tells the story of Carson Kainer’s life saving kidney transplant where his father stepped up and donated his kidney to save his son’s life. Carson who was a University of Texas Baseball player followed in his father’s foot steps and went on to player Professional baseball just like his dad. The film’s trailer aired at the Astros vs Red (who Carson played for for 4 years) Baseball MLB game on father’s day.
