Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

  • All book sales are final.
  • We only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Signed and/or personalized copies are non-refundable.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us at robert@robertboudwin.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you will be offered either a replacement copy or a refund (if a replacement is not possible).

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Late or missing refunds

First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.

Then contact your bank or credit card provider; refunds may take several business days to post.

If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please email us at robert@robertboudwin.com.

Sale items

Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for refunds unless damaged in transit.

Exchanges

We only replace books if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange a damaged copy for the same item, email robert@robertboudwin.com for instructions.

Gifts

If the book was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the book was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued directly to the purchaser.

Shipping returns

To return a damaged or defective book, please send it to the return address provided after contacting us by email.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
